This workshop is all about foods without meat. Perhaps you have family members who don't eat meat, and you worry about not being able to be a good host. Or maybe you would like to include more vegetarian or vegan options into your food choices. Or you are simply curious and would like to learn more about why people make this choice. Hey, you can even ask: "Where do they get their protein?" Just because something says "plant based" it doesn't mean it's great for us. We'll shine the light on the dark secrets of this industry and learn what to avoid. We are going to make some healthy and tasty condiments, dips, and yes, we are going to tackle tofu.
