Health-Giving Holiday Gifts (11/30)

[If this class is full, please check out our second session on 12/14!] Gift giving doesn’t have to be a stressful endeavor, spending too many hours and too many dollars on-line and worrying if and what you’ll receive in the mail. It can be a cozy room, you and your bestie having a great time, making memories and wonderfully healthy herbal potions while sipping warm tea. A gift to yourself, to each other or whoever you’ll choose to share your creations with. During this workshop we’ll create Elderberry syrup, bath bombs, and a luxurious body butter. You’ll be able to customize them to your own liking with flavors and fragrances that will be provided to choose from. You can also wake up your creative side and customize the labels on these wonderful products. Grab a friend and join us for 2 hours on November 30! Class size is limited to 10 students, and we'll meet in the cozy classroom at the Columbus Garden School. INSTRUCTOR: Bernadett Szabo lives in Pataskala, OH on a small herb, flower, and vegetable farm. She was born in Hungary where she spent summers in her grandmother’s gardens. Once in Ohio, Bernadett joined OEFFA to deepen her knowledge of growing food and medicinal crops. She follows deep organic practices with some biodynamic principles on her homestead. Bernadett has studied and practiced herbalism with renowned instructors Rosemary Gladstar, Erika Galentin, Katja Swift and Ryn Midura, Sajah Popham, and Jim McDonald.
